Sunday 4th October sees the 33rd Great Cumbrian Run taking place in Carlisle and with our expert guidance, you can get ready to pound the streets.
The Cumberland Building Society Great Cumbrian Run is the county’s biggest road running event and each year over 2000 athletes of different abilities take to the streets of Carlisle all with a huge range of goals and motivations for doing it.
This year it could be you!
Fitness experts from The Sands Centre’s, Stephen Weston and Ian Harkness, will guide you through a 12 week training plan which will show you what type of training you should be doing each week, give you some tips on nutrition and warm-ups.
